Age of Conan Hidden Macro Tool

Next time you're ingame, type:

/setoption chat_macro_window true

This can be used for Chat macros, emote macros, you could create a macro to turn off UI elements and turn them on.
Assist makros are very useful when you want to make sure you hit the tanks target in a big crowd.

Age of Conan Exploit: Avg 5-6x lvl80 epic per hr + 3X as many blues

Beguiler Demon´s in Poitain currently have bugged crazy high drop rate. Allmost every Demon drops a green item and when they dont its jackpot :p

I am able to loot 6 lv80 epic´s every hour from Beguiler Demons in Poitain. They are all over the area, but fav spot is located at 833 872. Happy hunting

Guide to Age of Conan Combos

recently i ran into a new player in AOC who had left the island of tortage with out properly learning the combo system of combat. This person was about to leave the game because it was so hard to level or even kill mobs. Most gamers theses days think they know automatically how to play. but years in SWG or WOW will not prepare you for the combat system in AOC. it is vastly different. most load the game with out even looking at the book, then go WTF!, when things don't happen just like the in guild wars, and thus the game is ether lame, broken, or just to friggin hard to grasp.

i for one did the digy early download, and had no book. but i had done research beforehand and had an idea of what to expect.
there are vid's from funcom where they try and tell you what the deal is, but most don't watch those vid's and just go straight for the topless vids and uber beheading fatality movies. besides, anything from the dev's will suck right? so why bother to even look at them?

I am a player, and not connected to funcom in any way shape or form. i really have nothing to gain from doing this, but i just hate to see player get frustrated and quit early because they did not know what to do, be it from getting the game from a friends buddy pass code, or just not even bothering to read the manual. i just want to help put a smile on your face when your bear shaman rips off his enemy's head with his bare hands.

Age of Conan Exploit: Running Down Cliffs

Ever need to run from a ganker or just bite off more mobs than you can chew? If you go to any non-sheer wall or cliff that you would normally take fall damage from, you can walk backwards down it without taking any sort of damage.

Age of Conan Exploit: PoleGuardian Exploit

As a Poleguardian, if you get the Skewer Style, you can basically chain spam that style. It hits for 5x your normal Hit and more if you are Gemmed.

You are hitting the Mob with regular style if you like or Open with Skewer.
As you Hit the Mob with Skewer and the damage is registere and style is 98% done, just move to left or right or behind.
The timer does not go to 60sec delay, and you can keep doing this.

Tip:
If mob is at 1% health, don't use it, use something else, because if you land fatality with this, because of Graphic it shows that you did a full style and have to wait 60sec. Yeah you can get Huge Exp boost with this, but if you are chain killing things with Skewer which you should, Pull 4 mobs, Skewer and move back, skewer and move back.... in 5 hits they all dead and these mobs are 2-3 lvls above you!.

Carry Stamina Pots, they help as Skewer is a stamina drain, unless you go in Defense / whatever the other is that reduce stamina and regens.

Age of Conan Exploit: PVE eliminate big mob groups one after the other

Ok this is the siuation. A large group of enemys standing close to each other. you can not single pull them. each time you try to pull one the whole horde is after you.

fact 1: mobs will return to their initial position when you pull them too far away, they will not follow you infinitely. on their way back, they will not attack other players if not engaged.

fact 2: mobs will return to the spot where they last spotted a player not to where they spawned.

Here is what you do. one player pulls the whole mob group. runs away. as soon as the mob runs back to their position another player engages one (or two) of the mobs with a ranged weapon. the other mobs will return to their position. the single mob can be killed on the spot.

if still too hard, the second player can also run away. wenn his mob returnes to its position, it is not going to its spawning point but instead the spot where it was shot at on its way back. there it stops and can be attacked by both player one and two at the same time.

player two needs to be out of range on the initial pull.

does not always seem to work but most times. i was not able to see the pattern when it did not work, maybe you guys figure it out.

Age of Conan Guide: Easy Cash For Mount

At the moment the game is new as you know, and the is still alot of new players which are still getting to grips with the game and most importantly, the trader, this is how i make my cash.
if u just scout the trader there is often people selling items for about 1tin, which can be sold to a vendor for alot more, e.g there is a Generic item called 'Blue Gem' and it sells to a vendor for 10c50t, they are on the trader for as low as 2c, so there is a small profit, u can only have one at a time so just repeat for a nice amount of cash for low levels, which is great towards the mount at 40.
also heavy armor at about levels 40-50 sells for a few copper, and is on the trader alot of the time for just tin, is you search for a bit you will find alot of items u can make cash from and before you know it, you have got a few gold at 40, which is very handy for the mount and getting your crafted professions off to a good start.

Age of Conan Exploit: Dupe items - client side

Ok, this will dupe the item on client side. So I think with some playing around someone will beable to get it to write to the server.

This is what I have seen so far and how to do it.

Open trade with someone you know. Have them drag an item in then you drag an item in too. Once you have put something in have the other person reject the trade and the window will stay there. Now you drag one more item as if you still are trading and you should still see the item or items the other person put in for trade. Now click and drag the items from other person in their side of the trade window and drop into your inventory.

You have the item/items and so does the other person.

Back to the beginning this is the client dupe and I think there is something there if played with by other people the community can figure out how to push this dupe to not only be client side but turn into a useable dupe exploit.

Age of Conan Exploit: Kill guards in Age of Conan!

Today I was ganking some people in the Armsman tavern and Ofcourse I getted the guards at me (I'm level 55, guards 50) After I killed the person, I wanted to flee from the guards, but then I noticied the guards where at 79 % HP...

So I found this out:

As necromancer(Or mage in general) you have in the General Feat Trea a spell called:
"Flesh of The Wight" - Its a spell who increases the effect of your absorb shield (Runed Flesh for Necromancer) and gives them some kind of "Thorns" effect. Damage when they hit you. And has a small chanse of putting a relative strong dot on your attacker.

Now you cannot damage guards because they are green, but the "Thorns" effect doesn't seem to be affected by that. So you can actually damage them! It takes a time before they are dead, but it can help you if you are trying to gank at a spot with guards!

This probably work with every spell who does damage to attacker when hit
